The second station of the extensive retrospective Günter Fruhtrunk (1923-1982) following the Kunstmuseum Bonn is the Kunstmuseum Wiesbaden until August 25. We have contributed 10 works on loan from our gallery collection for this outstanding exhibition. The catalog of the exhibition includes texts by Stephan Berg, Andreas Henning, Jörg Daur and Florian Illies.
A short note: just a few steps away from the Museum Wiesbaden, the museum of the collector Reinhardt Ernst will open on June 23, focusing on abstract painting in America, Europe and Japan. The architect of the magnificent, white building cube, Fumihiko Maki, winner of the Pritzker Prize in 1993, also comes from there.
